What we collect
- Early access list. The email address you submit, and the date you submitted it.
- Contact messages. Your name, email address, organization if you give one, the subject you pick, and the message you write.
- Basic site analytics. Aggregated, non-identifying counts of page views and referrers, so we know which parts of this page people read.
We do not ask for payment details, we do not buy contact lists, and we do not build advertising profiles.
How we use it
Email addresses on the early access list are used to tell you when Timl launches and, occasionally, to share a significant milestone such as the opening of Kite Wars registration. Contact messages are used to answer you and to understand what organizations need from the platform. That is the whole list — no resale, no unrelated marketing.
How long we keep it
Early access addresses are kept until you unsubscribe, or until twenty-four months after launch if you never open a message from us. Contact messages are kept for two years so we can pick up a conversation where it left off, then deleted.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you may ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or send it to you in a portable file. Every email we send carries a one-click unsubscribe link. Write to privacy@timl.com and we will answer within thirty days.
Children
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under sixteen. If a young competitor's details reach us, write to us and we will delete them. Youth participation in Timl competitions will be handled through guardian consent at launch.
Changes
As Timl moves from a coming-soon page to a live platform, this policy will grow. We will update the date at the top, and if a change materially affects you we will email the early access list before it takes effect.
